Registration includes the morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks.

Scientific contributions may be either in the form of oral communications or posters (in Italian or in English).

Acceptance of scientific contributions is subject to the assessment of the Scientific Committee and to the registration of at least one of the authors.

Based on the number of oral communications submitted, the authors may be requested by the Scientific Committee to present their contribution as posters.

Authors are required to rigorously adhere to some simple, though essential rules when writing their abstracts:

- the abstract should be written in Times New Roman 12, single-spaced

- the TITLE of the abstract should be written in capital letters and not exceed 15 words

- the names of the authors should be written in lower case letters: Last name followed by the Initial/s of the First name/s, Title, and Affiliation. The name of the author presenting the abstract should be underlined and his/her e-mail address included

- the maximum of words per abstract is 300, and it does not include the title of the abstract and the authors’ data

- tables, graphs, and images: if the abstract consists of less than 200 words, one table or graph or image may be included (the image should be in good resolution .jpg format).

The abstract must be forwarded to the secretariat by e-mail and in a Word-compatible format.
